I charge per session (each session is one hour) and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. There is no minimum requirement for number of coaching sessions. You can book an introductory call to learn more about the cost per session based on your needs.
I always say that the hour is truly yours, so we first start by covering anything that’s on your mind–things that happened since our last session, questions about challenging client or team dynamics, or a shift in your goals or strategy. I also come prepared to revisit your goals from the previous session, ensure you’re still on track to achieve what you set out to build, and push you to get creative with your work and ambitious with your objectives.
I’ve worked with many clients who are not founders but are still looking to improve their leadership presence, management skills, or want to find a new role or completely revisit their career trajectory. Let’s do an intro call to figure out if it’s a good fit!

Of course. I will never disclose any of our sessions to anyone else. I will not even disclose that we are in a coaching relationship unless you grant me written permission or you’ve written a testimonial for public view.
Coaching work is a bit different than consulting work. I do not deliver strategy decks, I don’t promise to generate ideas for your business (though that often happens organically), and I can’t promise growth. If you’re only looking for someone who is delivering on growth metrics, I recommend hiring a growth consultant who is focused solely on those results.
No. One of my fundamental beliefs is that the best coaching experience is a personalized experience. What works for one client may not work for you, and there is no one worksheet or curriculum that will be a silver bullet for your business. Growing and leading takes consistent and hard work, which is why coaching is so valuable. I am an expert at deeply understanding my clients and tailoring ideas and solutions that work for them, uniquely.
